What we can’t work with though are goods:

  • Heavier than 22kgs
  • Longer than 105cm
  • Classified as dangerous goods

Yes. Our warehouses are all made of concrete and steel wall construction, with steel roofs. Each warehouse has a fire system and sprinklers with back to base monitoring. We have 24/7 on-site security guards, electric perimeter fences and all doors are alarmed with back to base monitoring. CCTV across the site both internal and external.We cover catastrophic loss only (e.g. the whole building goes up in flames then client stock is covered). We do not cover theft or marine insurance as that remains the responsibility of the customer.

The customers in our 3PL facilities have a large range of goods of varying commercial values. For us to insure this with a blanket policy we would have to incorporate the cost into our commercials. This wouldn’t be commercially viable, hence we do not offer insurance on our customer’s stock outside of the above.

We charge per pallet space. 

1 pallet space = Length 1.2m x Width 1.2m x Height 1.45m

Our thorough onboarding process ensures you’re completely confident using our platform and that we have everything we need to ensure a smooth transition for your business and its customers. 

Generally, this takes 4 to 5 weeks.

We treat all deliveries as if they were our own. Your customers are our main focus and we want to work with you to ensure that their “unboxing” experience is a memorable one.

We have a range of shipping options to suit your individual needs. 

Our standard rate is for eParcel shipping, however we do have Express Post, and same day delivery options available in a number of metro areas.* 

Express Post Shipping offers next business day delivery. Covering 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

*For orders placed before midday (in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane, more cities to come on board soon!)

Yes we do! We ship anywhere that you need your parcels to go —including international shipping.

Yes, you sure can! It’s simple to set up and activate. Just make sure that the manufacturer knows to label each product effectively so that when it reaches the warehouse it can easily be setup for fast fulfilment.

We strongly recommend that all inventory sent to our warehouse is pre-barcoded with individual product barcodes and outer carton barcodes. An outer carton barcode is simply a unique barcode on a box containing a quantity of a single product. 

We also offer a service (at charge) for any re-work that is required to make inventory compliant with our warehousing system. Contact us for a quote based on your specific needs. 

Customers can simply return their items at one of 4000 Australia Post offices across the country.

Fulfilio has a suite of Infrastructure and Application security layers which are reviewed regularly. In addition, we have undertaken extensive cyber security assessments with external vendors to ensure data security and privacy. Your data is hosted securely within a cloud environment that is used extensively around the world by Banks, Healthcare Providers and Governments.

Fulfilio adopts a privacy-by-design approach across our product development lifecycle. This includes considering the privacy implications of a particular product, service or project at the earliest possible stage and remaining engaged as the initiative iterates. This framework is supported by an embedded risk-assurance function, who work within the business to ensure that privacy compliance is adhered and factored into the overall development and deployment of Fulfilio products.
