May 2019 – Fulfilio has been named one of the Top 10 eCommerce Consulting / Service Companies in 2019 by CIO Outlook Magazine for their innovative omni-channel fulfilment offering.
The top 10 were selected from a shortlist of 250 eCommerce companies across the Asia Pacific region, with the selection process taking place over several months by a panel of leaders in eCommerce.
The panel were looking for case studies that demonstrated how each company was providing an innovative solution to a real customer problem – and what they’re doing differently to set themselves apart from their competitors.
Fulfilio Founder, Mathew Galt, told Retail CIO that retailers are finding it challenging to meet consumer demands because they lack a reliable fulfilment partner who understand them and the market.
“From our earliest days we set out to really understand the problems faced by eCommerce businesses, and how we could create new solutions by using technology to reshape traditional logistics infrastructure,” Matt says.
“We learnt that one of the major constraints to scale was the physical warehousing and fulfilment – and so we created a platform to enable them to easily manage their end-to-end fulfilment across multiple locations, empowering them to respond to the growth and demands that come with peak sales periods.”
Fuliflio’s wide distribution network and same day delivery capability was one of the reasons popular skincare brand, Frank Body, chose to partner with Fulfilio for their fulfilment.
“Customers at Frank Body want new products, they want really exciting products, and of course they want it in their hands as quickly as possible”, says Tess Moseley, Logistics and Supply Chain Manager at Frank Body.
“Having one warehouse facility in Melbourne was just too slow for our babes.”
“By moving our product to multiple fulfillment centers we’ve been able to reduce our transit times by roughly two days to a lot of our customers.”
Fulfilio’s omni-channel fulfilment solution provides retailers with access to a purpose-built technology service that integrates carts with a national fulfilment network, and with access to Australia Post’s delivery network and same day delivery service.
